We had the set dinner menu with all the piemontese classics. Everything was super fresh and made and presented with great care. The Vitello Tonnato in the ‘old’ style (sans mayonnaise) was spectacular. Would definitely return.

We took the tasting menu for two at 35 euros. We asked to change the first course and they accepted. They know how to satisfy customers and they care about doing so... The dishes from appetizer to dessert are very well presented and the quality is excellent. The waiters are kind, not intrusive and are very tidy so the service is excellent.

More than positive experience: we consumed excellent food and local wine on site. The excellent service, special thanks to Noemi for the professionalism and care she gives to the customer, and to the chef Stefano.All attention to detail and honest prices. We will definitely be back

I want to be pampered and so I treat myself to lunch in this place I didn't know about. Inside, it is divided into rooms (much appreciated for avoiding noise and relaxing) which are clean and have minimalist furnishings with retro cues. At the entrance, professional welcome from Noemi with a sunny smile, boy at the tables present for every request without being intrusive and punctual explanation of the dishes. But now we come to the dishes: homemade Russian salad with a delicate flavor but one that tickles the taste (one of the best I've eaten in recent years), CBT egg with excellent black truffle and well-balanced flavor and then rice (correct cooking point) with burrata red beetroot (expertly dosed so as not to cover the beetroot) and black truffle (in flakes and in quantity). Let me start by saying that I am a vegetarian and had not booked, but Stefano (the chef) had no problems in preparing such inviting and varied dishes for me (and this is not a given, many times if you don't book you have to settle for omelettes and salads). The place is run by young guys, but their competence, smile and desire to make and offer tasty, colorful and excellent dishes made my day even more "pampering".

Great food in every sense / we where 5 people and tried different meals and desserts! Everybody left the place happy.

Today we went to the tavern for the first time, we were amazed by everything, the chef, the staff, the environment and the dishes, everything was perfect. Where there is passion for what we do, there is always perfection, we will celebrate our wedding there, Honored to be your customers

The owners are very gentle!Would highly recommend “la stracotto di guancia”.Prices are also reasonable given everything is local from the pasta prepared at home by the couple to dessert and meat acquired from the local butchery.

Perfect meal and great service
